This app is fantastic and works well. Love the live updates.

The best thing about the Zolo app is that you can see homes a full day before mls. In a market like Torontos this is incredibly important and allowed me to get a great home before anyone else.

Love the app, keeps me up to date on homes that fit my search criteria and helps me get a general concept as to what price Id be looking to pay for a home I prefer.

Simply the best new homes real estate app you can get in Canada!

For any of the shortcomings (sometimes doesnt save filters, occasionally not responsive when tap save) its a wonderful app! Beautiful interface and simple to use. The new home updates are always exciting to get however it needs to tighten up the notifications to be exactly in line with your saved searches.

Looked great until it required a membership to view the listings. No thanks.

I like the App but it is still a bit buggy The saved favorites number is higher than properties, the sold one appears to remained on the numbers. My saved search are not popping up correctly, i.e. When I saved rent with a set parameters, once I ask for my saved rent it comes back as Sale, and if you click rent than the amount are not set anymore. It would also be nice to a change in color on the point on the map to show the one already seen. Some improvement required but not a bad app.

For some reason theyve recently changed something of the app which has caused pictures to not load. The listings that do load are limited to a couple of black and white pictures. It used to be a good simple app to use to skim through listings.

Alerts are helpful. Could use a slight bit of tweaking in breaking down areas. Map data brilliant.

This is the best app I have tried . I am a data person , and the estimation of market value , % of likelihood of bidding wars help tremendously in making non emotional decisions.

Makes it easy to see pictures and know houses that are coming available in the area I want to buy.

After looking at 1 home on Zolo app I got a phone call from an agent and several emails within a few hours. Thought it was a nice app but deleted the app right away. If they are tracking my activity I dont want anything to do with this app.

Zolo is easy to use; Is fast; Is visually appealing; and Is idiot-proof. Zolo is currently my new best App!
