Zolo Real Estate & Apartments app good for

After the awful update that made REALTOR.ca app useless, switched to using this app and love it! Much more user friendly than realtor app. The only thing that can make this app better would be a hybrid map and list mode! Or maybe a small thumbnail for each listing while youre on the map view.

Great app, especially considering the realtor.ca app is so absolutely terrible.

Love that each listing includes market value information, amenities and schools close by etc. all the extras a woman wants to know about in addition to the house itself

super easy to navigate, I like the ammenities and schools nearby info. Easy to browse then get in contact with someone to learn more. Low friction.

Frequent update and easy access to key metrics. Makes it easier to search your dream home.

This app is the best for "property porn;)" its so user friendly and fun to get ideas about areas I would like to live.

Some bad moments

Needs to be able to customize the search parameters more. Would like to specify lot size (should be given option to enter custom numbers for acreage for example), more property types (vacant land, farm, recreational).

The map keeps showing houses in the wrong location. For example, I was looking for houses in Milton, ON and it kept bringing up houses in Milton, PEI. Even though it was saying they were in Ontario. Fix the map, so frustrating.

The app functioned pretty well but after signing up for the app I had a realtor harass me!! She would call and email me multiple times a day even after I told her I didnt need any help. She would not stop calling me even after I asked her to do so.

This app could be great, but you lose all filtered information when you attempt to view the second page of results. You also need to include "freehold" as a filter option so youre not bombarded with townhouse condos in the results. Results continue to default to condo listings.

No houses in Mtl... Should specify which part of the country this app works in

Takes minutes to launch loading listings and promptly crashes after short use.
